I’ve been busy finalizing two sites that I plan to launch on October 1st, 2009. However, I would not have gotten to this point in my life if I did not take my time and be patient.

I’m learning through experience that sometimes it’s best to allow things to happen to you instead of making them happen.

As I look back on the last 2 1/2 years, I am amazed by the journey. It has been fun and challenging.

Everything I had planned has either happened or is happening right now. But I almost screwed it up several times by moving too fast.

You see I can be impatient and want things to happen when I want them to happen. That’s why the first year of WBTD was so hectic because we tried to “make” things happen instead of sitting back, laying the foundation and learning from the experience.

Thank God we were able to discern what we needed to do, which was to slow down and allow Him to work things out in His time.

I cannot lie it’s been a little difficult but it was worth it. My partner and I learned so much from this experience. We now know that if we would have forced things to happen we would have ruin the site, our good names and fell out of the favor of God.

It’s okay if things are taking longer than you expected. Just make sure you do your part and do it well then leave it alone. Sit back and watch what happens. Trust me you will be surprised.

I can honestly say that my next two projects would not have evolved into what it is today if it wasn’t for me being more patient and taking my time.

If you find yourself rushing to do something related to your business maybe you should take a step back and ask, “Why?”

I am sure you want whatever you do to last. Therefore, set up your foundation right, so it can support future growth.

Remember, take your time and be patient as it will pay off for you!
